We are open on weekends, yes – Friday, Saturdays and Sundays! We’re generally quiet RMTs during the treatment, so please have that nap that your kids won’t let you have.

We believe in fairness- if you cancel on us last minute or no show, we require a $75 fee if we cannot rebook the time. 

Insurance

Please call your insurance company if you are not sure of what your co-pay, or deductible may be for your RMT visit. Though we can direct bill to many insurance companies there are a few that require you to manually submit your receipts on your own. We recommend to make your visit effortless that you upload a clear picture of your policy card (that is used for insurance) into your againstthegrainrmt.Janeapp.com profile prior to your visit. Other additional information we will need before we can submit on your behalf. Your policy #/plan #/contract #/member ID #/certificate ID#- your full legal name & your DOB (date of birth). If you are on your partners policy/plan we will need their full legal name and DOB.

Please be advised at the RMTs discretion they may require a piece of valid photo ID to verify you as the owner/co-owner of the policy to prevent fraudulent activity.
