Massage Schedule Considerations

General Maintenance:

  • 1 massage a week
  • 1 massage a month
  • 2 massages a month
  • 1 every other month

Chronic/Acute issues:

  • 1 massage a week 3 to 4 weeks in a row
  • Massages spaced out to 3 weeks after this & then 1x every 4 weeks if the problem diminishes
