Upon hiring we will require:

Things to know about Against the Grain RMT

• We have an off site office manager who handles bookings/notifications/payments – you communicate with him through text- he will provide real time updates on insurance claims, outstanding balances, clients late arrivals for your convenience 

• We operate with Janeapp for all booking requirements/payments/treatment notes- if you are unfamiliar with this system we can show you how to use it.

• We honour our cancellation/No show policy – if you cannot be rebooked you receive $75 and the hour off. No sitting around and not getting paid. Cancellations within 24hrs of the appointment and no shows are quite rare for us. 

• We have a strictly enforced zero tolerance policy – due to the upfront nature of this policy we have no issues with clients making RMTs uncomfortable or needing to discharge a client due to breaching this policy.

• Plenty of versatile bolsters you could ever think of needing for providing ultimate client comfort

• $95 per 1 hour hands on treatment with client – GST is paid out to RMT each pay period
