Couples Massage Therapy

Please read the following if you are booking our Couples Massage online.

STEP 1

Create your profile by using your phone number or email address & add a password. Add a valid credit card to your file – this will cover any balance owing from your insurance and honors our cancellation policy if violations occur.

STEP 2

Create your partners profile by selecting Family Member/Profile. Link your insurance & credit card, if shared. Add their personal credit card if not shared. If your partner has their own insurance please include it, you will have the opportunity to add it when they are completing their health form.

STEP 3

Complete your health form (both individuals).

IF you get stuck on the insurance portion select NONE and complete the health form.

STEP 4

TEXT our office manager Mike if you struggle to add your insurance – we will add it to your profile.

STEP 5

Search for +2 more which indicates a couples massage is available. Remember the date & time and put one person with Shaelynn, then go to your other profile and put the other person with Jeff at the same time.

(confirm your couples massage by seeing both individuals profiles are slotted in with their respective therapist, at the same time, by going onto your profile and selecting “UPCOMING APPOINTMENTS”. You will see, Couples massage – Andy 3pm with Jeff/Couples massage – Duke 3pm with Shaelynn)

**IMPORTANT**
If +2 more is NOT visible it means we cannot accommodate a couples massage for that time. Please keep looking for +2 more.

OR text our office manager to find a time for you- please include your name, RMT preference and the days you are available (Tuesday 2pm-9pm, Saturday all day etc)

STEP 6

The day of your appointment please use the washrooms on level 3 located outside the elevators. Quietly enter our clinic and take a seat, you do not need to notify anyone of your arrival, please silence your phone to prevent interruptions. Your RMT will be with you shortly.

Please understand, if the health forms are not completed prior to the massage visit it may cut into your treatment time (it’s a lengthy, one time only form that’s required to be completed). Unfortunately we cannot extend the treatment time as a courtesy to our next clients.
